Greetings. We have had a great day! We had a wonderful time with the kids. We have gained more kids each day. Today we talked about Jesus and that He is both God and man. Our students did a great job acting out the story of Jesus feeding the 5 thousand and Jesus in the garden of Gesthemene. Singing time was excellent and the game time was a blast. I think the kids really enjoy the craft time the most. They stay after noon and want to continue doing their crafts. It's a great time because the craft reinforces the lesson. Relationships are being built with the children and it's so much fun to watch our students reaching out to the kids and loving them with Christ's love. We have a student share their testimony as a part of the teaching time. they have done a great job with that. We have enjoyed the people of the church here so much. They are so loving and gracious. We are definately building enduring relationships with these people. We just love them! The Holy Spirit is amazing and I love how He brings us together in Christ!
We went to Teleforoqo (spelling?) We went up in a cable car to the top of the mountain. 14000 feet. It was a great time. We are still all healthy and enjoying one another. God has given us some good prayer times together as a team. I'm thankful for this opportunity God and FBC has given both us and the Cuenca team. To Him be the glory! Thanks for praying for us. I'll write tomorrow.
Jeff, we are praying for you guys! Great to hear how you are doing. Be strong the Lord and the strength of His Might!! Love John for the rest of the Quito team!
